Mesopotamia (Greek: Μεσοποταμία, before 1926: Τσετιράκι - Tsetiraki; Bulgarian and Macedonian: Чéтирок) is a village and a former municipality in Kastoria regional unit, Western Macedonia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Kastoria, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 99.173 km2. Population 4,224 (2011).

The municipality was formed at the 1997 Kapodistrias reform under the name Aliakmonas, after the river Aliakmonas. It was renamed to Mesopotamia in 2006. The village of Mesopotamia was the seat of the municipality.
